LuxoSilk

Terms of Service

LuxoSilk is a brand of Hangzhou Ankun Clothing Co., Ltd, the company handling the enquiries and orders described here. These terms explain our website use and general trading arrangements; accepted written order terms take priority where they differ.

Effective date: September 29, 2026

1. Website Use

Use luxosilk.com to explore our products and discuss a business project. The website is an information and enquiry channel, with no direct online checkout. Sending an enquiry or receiving an initial price does not on its own confirm an order.

Provide accurate contact and project details, and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, gain access without permission, upload harmful code or misuse another party's protected content.

2. Product Information

Collection pages illustrate possible products and customization options. Screen colours, example images and indicative specifications do not replace an approved sample or agreed specification sheet. The final material, dimensions, workmanship, quantities, packaging and schedule must be recorded in the quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, Alibaba.com Trade Assurance order or contract accepted by both parties.

3. Quotations and Pricing

We prepare quotations around your material, design, size, quantity, branding, packaging and delivery requirements. Testing, freight and other known charges are itemized or clearly described before payment. We do not add an undisclosed charge without your written agreement. Changes to the brief may require a revised price and schedule.

Quotation validity: The quotation states how long its price remains available. If it gives no expiry date, ask us to reconfirm the price before placing the order. Costs and responsibilities for bank fees, platform charges, taxes and shipping are set out in the accepted commercial documents.

4. Samples and Approval

Review the sample against the details that matter for your project, including fabric, fit or size, colour, construction, decoration and packaging. Confirm approval and any remaining changes in writing, by email or the agreed order platform, before bulk production is released.

Sample policy: Sample fees normally range from USD 10 to USD 45, depending on the design, material, process, size and quantity. We confirm the actual fee, freight, preparation time, revision scope and any credit toward a bulk order before payment. Extra work outside that scope requires written approval of the additional cost and time.

5. Orders, Payments and Production

Order acceptance follows the commercial documents agreed by both parties. After written approval of the sample and final specifications, the customer pays a 50% deposit; bulk production starts once that deposit has cleared and the specifications are complete. We provide reasonable progress updates, with photos or video where practical. On completion, we provide photos or video, and the customer may arrange third-party inspection before shipment. These updates do not replace the agreed inspection.

Payment terms: The remaining 50% is payable after the agreed inspection process and before shipment. Payment is by T/T, or Alibaba.com Trade Assurance where available and accepted for the order. Different arrangements for long-term customers require written agreement. Any change or cancellation must be agreed in writing, including the effect on materials, completed work, costs, any refund and the delivery schedule; there is no fixed cancellation fee on this website.

6. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Please supply only designs, logos, prints, text and other artwork that you own or are authorized to use for the requested production. Tell us about any restrictions when sending the files. Responsibility for an intellectual property claim is assessed under the order agreement and applicable law.

Customer artwork is used as needed to quote, develop, manufacture, inspect and fulfil the project. Website content and independently created materials remain with their respective rights holders unless a written agreement transfers those rights. We require permission before publishing a customer's name, logo or design as a case study.

7. Quality Requirements and Tolerances

Agree measurable quality requirements before production: for example, finished dimensions, colour references, stitching, print placement, packaging and quantity tolerances. The approved sample and written specifications provide the inspection reference. Any particular test method, sampling plan or destination-market requirement should be identified and accepted in writing; a general product description is not a promise of certification or compliance in every market.

8. Shipping and Incoterms®

Door-to-door shipping can be arranged. Each order must identify its delivery rule, named place or port and version, such as Incoterms® 2020. EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU and DDP suit any transport mode; FAS, FOB, CFR and CIF apply to sea or inland waterway transport. The agreed rule and order documents define delivery, costs, insurance obligations and risk transfer.

DDP applies only when expressly agreed for a named destination: we handle import clearance and bear applicable import duties and taxes. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility unless separately agreed. Provide accurate consignee details and required assistance. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing; approvals, payments, changes, material supply, testing, carriers, customs or events outside reasonable control may affect timing. We communicate known material delays as soon as reasonably practical.

9. Inspection and Claims

Check the goods promptly on receipt and record visible transit damage with the carrier where required. Contact us with the order reference, affected quantity, description of the issue and supporting photos, video or inspection records. Keep relevant packaging and samples where practical so the issue can be investigated.

Claim period: Inspection deadlines, claim procedures and remedies are agreed in the written order. Where no deadline is specified, notify us promptly after discovering a problem, subject to applicable law. We review the evidence against the approved specifications, handling history and shipping responsibilities before agreeing a remedy. These terms do not automatically reject latent defects or remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Liability

Liability for website use or an order is determined by the accepted written agreement and applicable law. This page sets no universal monetary cap and no blanket exclusion of indirect loss. Any order-specific allocation of liability must be agreed in writing and remain subject to mandatory law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

11. Third-Party Services

Carriers and order platforms operate under their own service terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion in a project does not replace our agreed obligations to you. Alibaba.com Trade Assurance applies only to an eligible order placed and accepted through that platform, under its applicable rules and the agreed commercial documents. Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking are not enabled on this website.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless the parties agree otherwise in their accepted written order documents, these terms and related transactions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

Company jurisdiction: First raise a dispute in writing so both parties can seek a negotiated resolution. If it remains unresolved, either party may bring it before a court with jurisdiction at the Company's registered address, unless a different dispute-resolution arrangement has been agreed in writing. This provision remains subject to applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.

13. Updates to These Terms

When trading arrangements or website practices change, we may revise this page and show the new effective date above. A later version does not retrospectively change terms already accepted for an order; any such change requires the written agreement of both parties.
