What Happens at Each Stage
Use these stages to prepare your brief and review the decisions that move your order forward.
1. Share Your Requirements
Send the product information you already have. LuxoSilk reviews the brief to establish the requirements that can move into a feasibility and cost review.
- Product brief
Provide the product type, a tech pack, sketch or reference sample, and the intended measurements. - Order scope
Include fabric composition and momme, colors, quantities, artwork and packaging requirements.
2. Review the Proposal
LuxoSilk assesses your design, budget and quantities, then recommends materials, fit and suitable techniques. Review the proposal before moving into sample development.

Check the proposed fabric and construction against the product design. - Cost and MOQ
Review the style, order quantity and packaging choices used for the quote. - Open details
Confirm unresolved specifications and the applicable order conditions before proceeding.
3. Develop Samples
With the style, fabric, color direction and brand files confirmed, LuxoSilk arranges color samples and prototypes. Apparel projects can also use fit or size-set samples to assess the design.

Review the color sample against your selected color reference. - Product sample
Evaluate the proposed shape, measurements, artwork and workmanship on a physical sample. - Sample arrangements
Confirm the sample scope, fee and preparation time for your project before sampling.
4. Approve the Production Reference
Review the samples and confirm the final specifications. The approved pre-production sample, made with the intended production materials and trims, becomes the reference for bulk production.

Confirm colors, dimensions, fit or construction, artwork and trims against the agreed requirements. - Final reference
Resolve outstanding product details and approve the pre-production sample before production scheduling.
5. Produce and Inspect
Once the pre-production sample and order requirements are confirmed, LuxoSilk coordinates production to the agreed specifications. Progress updates and inspections help you follow the order through completion.

Cutting, sewing, hemming, buttonhole work and pressing follow the needs of the style. - In-process checks
Check cutting, stitch quality, detail placement and semi-finished measurements during production. - Finished goods
Inspect appearance, dimensions, labels, packaging and quantities against order requirements. - Buyer inspection
Arrange any third-party inspection with LuxoSilk for the agreed stage and scope.
6. Pack and Arrange Delivery
Confirm the labels, packaging and delivery requirements. LuxoSilk prepares the finished goods and export documents, then coordinates transport under the arrangements agreed for the order.
- Packing
Fold products, attach hang tags, bag and carton-pack them to the confirmed requirements. - Quantity and documents
Check quantities and prepare the packing list, invoice and applicable shipping documents. - Delivery arrangements
Confirm the shipping method, destination and order conditions before dispatch.

Sample approval establishes the product reference; order conditions and the production schedule also need to be confirmed.
Send LuxoSilk your product type, design or reference sample, dimensions, fabric composition and momme, colors and quantities. Include artwork, logo, label and packaging requirements where applicable. Mark any undecided details so the material and production options can be reviewed before a quote is confirmed.
Yes. LuxoSilk develops prototype samples and, where needed for apparel, fit or size-set samples before final pre-production approval. Sample fees and preparation times are confirmed for each project. Review the color, measurements, construction, artwork and workmanship, then confirm the final production reference.
No. LuxoSilk requires confirmation of the pre-production sample and final order requirements before bulk production. The applicable payment conditions and production schedule also need to be agreed for the order. A quotation alone should not be treated as production approval.
LuxoSilk provides progress updates and can provide in-process inspection reports, alongside material, production and finished-goods checks. Third-party inspection can be arranged with the factory. Agree the inspection stage, scope and sampling requirements for your order; updates do not replace the agreed inspection.
Sample timing is confirmed by product and project. LuxoSilk lists a reference bulk production time of 20–30 days, depending on style complexity, order quantity and the production schedule. Confirm the timeline for your order after the product requirements are agreed; this production estimate does not include transit time.
