LuxoSilk makes silk bedding at our independently operated factory in China for home brands, retailers, hospitality and gift projects. Each piece has its own size and construction, with colors, edging and brand details coordinated across the set.
Silk Bedding Customization Options
Individual pieces or four-piece sets, with custom dimensions, fabric weights and finishing.
Pieces and Sets
Duvet covers, flat or fitted sheets and pillowcases, sold individually or combined into four-piece sets. The contents and pillowcase count follow your order.
Custom Sizes
Finished dimensions for each piece, including fitted-sheet depth for the mattress and any topper.
19–30 Momme Silk
19, 22, 25 and 30 momme silk. Fabric and weight can be specified for each piece in the collection.
Openings and Fixings
Concealed zippers, duvet-cover ties and fitted-sheet elastic, with positions to suit the cover, insert or mattress.
Colors and Embroidery
Custom colors, edging and embroidered artwork or logos, coordinated across the bedding pieces.
Labels and Gift Packaging
Brand and care labels with packaging for individual pieces or complete sets. Gift boxes carry your artwork and fit the folded bedding.
Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Sheets and Sets
Individual pieces or four-piece sets, with agreed contents, sizes and quantities. Filled duvets and pillow inserts are not assumed to be included.

Duvet, Sheet and Pillowcase Sizes
Duvet and pillow cover sizes follow the insert dimensions; sheets allow for the mattress, depth and desired drop. Sizes can follow your market, but Queen or King alone cannot define every piece.
- Duvet Cover
Custom length and width to fit the duvet insert, with an opening and corner ties positioned around it. - Fitted Sheet
Custom sizing for mattress length, width and depth, including any topper. Pocket depth and under-mattress allowance are separate measurements. - Flat Sheet
Custom finished length and width include the side drop and tuck allowance beyond the mattress. - Pillowcases
Custom dimensions, openings and decorative edges to suit your pillow inserts. The usable pillow space is separate from the edging.
Silk Weights and Coordinated Colors
19, 22, 25 and 30 momme silk in coordinated colors. Fabric and finished samples show the feel, drape and folded bulk. Higher momme alone does not determine how bedding will wash.

One silk weight across the set, or different weights for the covers, sheets and pillowcases, depending on the feel and drape you want. - Fabric Faces
Both faces of each cover and any contrasting panels have their own fabric specification. Labels and product descriptions distinguish fabric composition from trims. - Color Coordination
Colors developed from your approved reference. The pieces are reviewed together, with acceptable shade variation agreed before bulk production. - Care Requirements
The care method follows the chosen materials. Washing, shrinkage and colorfastness checks must be agreed before size labels or care claims are approved.

Concealed zippers, ties, elastic and bound edges, with custom embroidery, logos, labels and gift packaging.

Brand and care labels for each piece, with gift boxes carrying your artwork and sized for the folded set.

Branded Gift Sets
Coordinated pieces with custom embroidery and gift boxes. Contents and embroidery positions are agreed before box selection; the packed sample shows folded size, visible branding and each included piece.

Bedding Production and Set Assembly
We check dimensions, seams, closures, ties, elastic, colors and brand details against approved samples. Packing checks cover each piece’s size, quantity, labels and presentation. Any wash or colorfastness testing requires an agreed method and acceptance criteria for the selected construction.
Silk Weight, Finish and Responsible Production
Each piece in a bedding set has its own fabric weight and finish.
19–30 Momme by Bedding Piece
Bedding fabrics include 19, 22, 25 and 30 momme silk, with weave and weight agreed for each piece before sampling. Momme measures weight; a swatch shows drape and feel. Higher momme alone does not mean a better fit or finish across the set.

6A Silk and “Slip”
6A describes silk grade. “Slip” needs a specific fabric reference for comparison. Weave, weight and finish shape the feel, so a swatch tells more than the label alone.

OEKO-TEX and Sustainability
LuxoSilk works to reduce cutting waste and sort offcuts by material. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers testing for harmful substances within the certificate’s scope. Certification for a project depends on the selected materials and valid documents.
