From Approved Sample to Finished Pajamas
LuxoSilk develops the pattern and sample before cutting, sewing, buttonhole work and pressing. During production, checks cover stitching, piping placement and garment measurements. Finished pajamas are checked against the approved sample and order for appearance, dimensions, labels and packing.
Silk Weight, Finish and Responsible Production
Pajama fabrics vary in weight, drape and surface feel.
19, 22 or 25 Momme Silk
Pajama fabrics include 19, 22 and 25 momme, with weave and weight agreed before sampling. Momme measures fabric weight; a swatch shows drape and feel. Higher momme alone does not mean a better fit or finish.

6A Silk and “Slip”
6A describes silk grade. “Slip” needs a specific fabric reference for comparison. Weave, weight and finish shape the feel, so a swatch tells more than the label alone.

LuxoSilk works to reduce cutting waste and sort offcuts by material. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers testing for harmful substances within the certificate’s scope. Certification for a project depends on the selected materials and valid documents.
