Silk Fabric, Filling and Finishing

We offer 19 and 22 momme silk with mulberry silk filling. The outer fabric, inner fabric and padding can each be customized.

Sleep Mask Sewing and Quality Checks

Fabric and trims are inspected before cutting and sewing to the approved sample. Production checks cover binding, even filling, strap elasticity, dimensions and stitching. Final inspection covers appearance, labels, packaging and quantities against the order.

Silk Weight, Finish and Responsible Production

Fabric weight, surface finish and certification describe different aspects of the materials.

19 or 22 Momme Silk

Momme measures fabric weight, not padding thickness. Options are 19 and 22 momme, with weave and weight agreed before sampling. Swatches show drape and feel; heavier silk alone does not guarantee better fit, finishing or light blocking.

Silk Grade and Satin Weave

6A describes silk grade; satin is a weave that can use silk. “Slip” needs a specific fabric reference. Samples show the differences in weight, weave and finish.

LuxoSilk works to reduce cutting waste and sort offcuts by material. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers harmful-substance testing within the certificate’s scope. Project certification depends on the selected materials and valid documents.

Branding, straps, quantities and sampling at a glance.

We customize shape, size, filling, straps, colors, embroidery, labels and packaging. Materials include 19 or 22 momme silk with mulberry silk filling. Padding, light-blocking designs and strap types can be combined.
Yes. We develop masks for retail, ecommerce, home, travel and corporate gifts. Options include individual bags, gift boxes and coordinated sets. Sets need a separate component list and quote showing the number of masks.
Adjustable straps change in length; fixed elastic straps rely on length and stretch. Adjustable designs may also use elastic. One fixed length may not fit everyone. Tightening the strap or adding padding cannot correct a poor fit. Trial fitting covers adjustment, strap position, nose and side gaps, pressure and coverage, including upright travel use. Neither type alone guarantees complete light blocking.
The MOQ is 50 masks per style and color. Bulk production takes 20–30 days, depending on design complexity, quantity and scheduling. Smaller orders need assessment and may cost more per mask. Gift-set components are agreed separately.
Yes. Send a dimensioned sketch or reference mask, fit range, straps, fabrics for both sides, silk weight, filling, colors, artwork placement, labels, quantities and packaging. We resolve open details and agree fees and timing before sampling. Color samples establish the combination. You approve the finished mask and packaging before production, including fit and coverage under the intended lighting, embroidery detail, seams, strap attachments and any raised areas on the inner surface.
