Standard, Queen, King, Extra Large and Custom Sizes
The sample shows fit, corner coverage and ease of removal on your pillow insert. Care instructions follow the final construction; any washing and dimensional checks must be agreed before retail claims.

Custom length and width suit your insert. The specification you approve with the sample includes measurement points, units and tolerances.
Silk Weight Options
Silk satin comes in 19, 22, 25 and 30 momme. Single-sided designs pair silk with a separately selected reverse. Double-sided designs use silk on both faces; this does not imply padding or extra layers. Fabric availability depends on color and construction; swatches show the feel, and your approved sample records each side’s fabric and trims.

Your Logo, Prints and Labels
Your colors, printed designs and embroidered logos personalize the pillowcase. Pantone references or physical swatches guide color development, with approval on the selected silk because screen colors can differ.

Pillowcase Production and Finishing
LuxoSilk inspects incoming fabric and trims before cutting and sewing. Production checks cover stitching and dimensions; final checks cover appearance, size, labels, packing and quantity. Your approved sample and specification guide the closure, fabric on each side and finished measurements.

Fabric weight, weave and certification describe different aspects of a silk pillowcase.
19–30 Momme Silk Satin
Fabric weight increases from 19 to 22, 25 and 30 momme. Swatches show drape and feel. Each side’s fabric, weave and weight are agreed before sampling; weight alone does not guarantee better fit or finishing.

6A describes silk grade; satin describes a weave that can use silk. Weight and finish also shape the feel. A “Slip” description needs a specific fabric reference; swatches give a clearer comparison.
