LuxoSilk makes camisoles for layering and sleepwear collections at our independently operated factory in China. Your reference top or tech pack guides the neckline, strap placement and body dimensions for the coverage and drape you want.
Necklines, Straps and Camisole Details
Custom front and back necklines, side coverage and body length shape the top. Finished measurements use defined measurement points and strap settings.
Neckline Shape
Straight or V-shaped fronts with custom width and depth, plus a separate back neckline height for the coverage you want.
Strap Placement
Custom strap width and front and back attachment positions, suited to the garments worn over the camisole.
Bust and Ease
Custom bust dimensions with room to reach and bend, according to your intended fit.
Body Length
Shorter or longer tops with a defined hem position, measured from an agreed point at a specified strap setting.
Fabric and Cut
Silk satin or stretch satin, with bias cutting where specified. Fabric composition and cutting direction are separate choices.
Edges and Branding
Binding, rolled hems, embroidery and labels, plus concealed elastic where the design calls for it.
Camisole Styles
Straight or V-shaped necklines can be combined with adjustable straps and a bias-cut body. Each detail is a separate option.

Coverage and Fit
Custom body patterns, necklines and straps determine the fit. Shortening the straps raises the front, back and underarm edges together; it adjusts wearing height once the body fits, but cannot change the bust circumference.

The front, back and underarm edges determine coverage when leaning forward or reaching across the body. - Adjustment Range
Custom strap widths and length ranges, with adjuster positions matched to the intended wearing height. - Body Measurements
Finished bust, waist and hem dimensions include the intended room to move. Body measurements and the strap setting used for fitting are recorded separately. - Length Reference
Body length and hem position use a consistent starting point and approved strap setting.
Silk Satin, Stretch Satin and Bias Cuts
Camisole fabrics include 16 and 19 momme silk satin and stretch satin. Bias cutting is available for a softer fall. Fabric stretch, diagonal cutting and room in the pattern affect fit in different ways.

16 or 19 momme silk satin. Sheen, drape and transparency depend on the actual fabric and color, not weight alone. - Stretch Satin
Stretch satin combines silk and elastane, with the percentages specified for the selected fabric. - Bias-Cut Body
The pattern runs diagonally across the fabric grain for a softer fall. - Concealed Elastic
Concealed elastic adjusts edge tension where specified in the design. It is separate from the main fabric’s composition.
Edges, Embroidery and Labels
Binding, rolled hems, embroidery and labels are developed for your fabric and pattern. The inside finish matters as much as the front on a top worn against the skin or beneath another garment.
- Neckline Binding
Custom binding width and appearance at the neckline. The finished edge should lie smoothly without pulling the top out of shape. - Hem Finish
Rolled edges follow your intended hem line. Rippling and bulk matter particularly when the top is tucked into a waistband. - Embroidery Placement
Embroidery follows your artwork’s size and placement. The sample shows how the underside feels against skin and whether stitching affects the drape. - Labels and Packing
Labels carry the agreed composition and care wording in your specified positions. Packing details cover the folded top, straps and any accompanying garments.
Ways to Wear a Silk Camisole
A camisole can sit beneath an open shirt, work as a hidden base layer or pair with sleepwear bottoms. Neckline visibility, coverage and hem position depend on how it is worn.

An open shirt or jacket reveals the camisole’s neckline, straps, color combination and hem. Fit the top with the intended outer layer.

Neckline concealment, body coverage and label or embroidery outlines matter beneath another garment. Required opacity is agreed using the actual color and fabric sample.

In Sleepwear Sets
The camisole can pair with shorts or trousers, with waist overlap and movement assessed together. Tops and bottoms have separate specifications even when packed together.

Camisole Sewing and Quality Checks
We inspect cutting and sewing against the approved pattern and sample: measurements, seams, binding, hems, strap attachment and adjustment, neckline appearance and drape. Elastic and embroidery are included where used, followed by labels, packing and quantity checks.
Silk Weight, Finish and Responsible Production
Camisole fabrics include silk satin and stretch satin in 16 and 19 momme.
16 or 19 Momme Silk
Camisole options include 16 and 19 momme silk satin and stretch satin. Weave and weight are agreed before sampling. Momme measures fabric weight; a swatch shows drape and feel. A higher momme alone does not mean a better-fitting or better-finished camisole.

6A Silk and “Slip”
6A describes silk grade. “Slip” needs a specific fabric reference for comparison. Weave, weight and finish shape the feel, so a swatch tells more than the label alone.

OEKO-TEX and Sustainability
LuxoSilk works to reduce cutting waste and sort offcuts by material. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers testing for harmful substances within the certificate’s scope. Certification for a project depends on the selected materials and valid documents.
