Flat or Fitted
Flat sheets with finished edges, or fitted sheets with shaped corners and elastic around the edge.
Custom Dimensions
Finished sizes developed around mattress length, width and depth, including any topper or pad. Mattress measurements and finished-sheet dimensions remain separate.
Drop and Pocket Depth
Flat-sheet overhang and tuck allowances, or fitted-sheet pockets with fabric reaching beneath the mattress.
Silk Weight and Color
19, 22 or 25 momme silk in your colors, with composition and finish defined for the selected fabric.
Edges and Elastic
Bound edges or rolled hems with custom finished widths. Fitted-sheet corners and elastic are developed together for the intended fit.
Labels and Packaging
Labels show sheet type, size, composition and care. Packaging suits the folded sheet and the number of pieces in each pack.

Flat or fitted construction, with binding or rolled hems where they suit the design. These choices can overlap; dimensions, edge finishes and elastic are finalized through sampling.

Flat-Sheet Size, Drop and Hems
Custom flat sheets can have the side drop, top fold and foot tuck you want. Finished length and width include this coverage and are measured after hemming.
- Side Drop
Custom overhang on each side of the mattress. The two sides can have different drops, with each dimension shown on the drawing. - Top and Foot Allowance
Separate allowances for the top fold and foot tuck suit the way you want the bed made. - Finished Hem Width
Custom hem or binding widths at each edge. The finished size is measured after hemming; cutting allowances are recorded separately. - Large-Panel Layout
Panel layout depends on the finished width, length and available fabric. Any joins and their positions need approval; custom sizing does not guarantee a seamless sheet.
Fitted-Sheet Pockets, Corners and Elastic
Fitted sheets cover the mattress and any topper, then extend underneath. Pocket depth, corner shape and elastic tension are developed together for the fit.
- Mattress and Topper Depth
The mattress and any topper or pad make up the total depth beneath the sheet. This differs from the finished pocket measurement. - Under-Mattress Reach
The fitted sheet extends beneath the mattress by a custom allowance. This is separate from the mattress height. - Corners and Elastic
Corner seams and elastic positioned for the mattress, with the edge beneath it. Both details appear on the drawing. - Fit on the Mattress
A fitted sample shows how the sheet goes on, lies across the surface and sits at the corners. Final measurements follow the approved fit.
Silk Weights, Colors and Packaging
19, 22 and 25 momme silk, with feel, drape and finish shown on fabric samples. Care depends on the complete sheet; weight and initial fit alone do not predict performance after washing.

Swatches show the proposed weight and color. Approval covers the production fabric, composition and finish used for product and care labels. - Dimensions After Care
Wash procedures and measurement checks are agreed before sample approval. Measurements at the same points before and after care assess dimensional change; zero shrinkage is not assumed. - Color and Trims
Fabric colors based on your reference, with binding and elastic considered alongside the silk. Color approval covers these materials together. - Labels and Packing
Labels identify composition, care, sheet type and size. Custom packaging fits the folded sheet, with an agreed piece count per pack.
Coverage, Fitted Edges and Topper Depth
Dimensions depend on whether the sheet drapes over the sides, wraps beneath the mattress or fits over a topper.
Flat-Sheet Coverage
Side drop, top fold and tuck length set the coverage. A sample laid on the target bed shows whether the finished panel suits that arrangement.

Fitted-Sheet Hold
Panel size, pocket depth, corner shape and elastic work together around the mattress. Extra elastic tension cannot make up for unsuitable sheet dimensions.

Sizing for the mattress and topper together, allowing for any variation in total depth. Sample fit and size approval use the complete bed setup.

Sheet Sewing, Finishing and Quality Checks
We check cutting, seams, edges, fitted corners, elastic, dimensions, appearance, labels and quantities against the approved specification. Colors are reviewed under consistent lighting. Any required colorfastness, wash or dimensional-stability tests need agreed procedures and acceptance criteria before production, based on the intended care and fit.

Silk sheets are available in 19, 22 and 25 momme.
19, 22 or 25 Momme Silk
Sheet fabrics include 19, 22 and 25 momme silk. Weave and weight are agreed before sampling. Momme measures fabric weight; a swatch shows drape and feel. Higher momme alone does not mean a better-fitting or better-finished sheet.

6A Silk and “Slip”
6A describes silk grade. “Slip” needs a specific fabric reference for comparison. Weave, weight and finish shape the feel, so a swatch tells more than the label alone.

LuxoSilk works to reduce cutting waste and sort offcuts by material. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers testing for harmful substances within the certificate’s scope. Certification for a project depends on the selected materials and valid documents.
