Who Does the Production
Our factory handles the main manufacturing stages. Specialist work may involve external suppliers, with the allocation confirmed for each design.
- Factory Operation
LuxoSilk independently operates the factory in China. The Hangzhou office coordinates samples, quality follow-up and export orders; the production-site address is provided when arranging a visit. - Work Completed In-House
Material inspection, marker planning, cutting, sewing, buttonholes, button attachment, hemming, piping, embroidery, pressing, finished-product inspection and packing take place in our factory. - Specialist Processes
Dyeing, digital printing, special finishing or testing may use external providers. LuxoSilk reviews suppliers and checks incoming materials and finished products. Printing and jacquard production arrangements are confirmed for each project.

Quality Inspectors
From a Pattern to a Finished Silk Product
Reference garment output is 8,000–15,000 pieces per month, depending on style and scheduling. Capacities for different product categories are separate references and cannot be added together.
Cutting, Sewing and Finishing
Twenty lockstitch machines, four overlock machines and three coverstitch machines support garment construction. Cutting tables and pressing equipment support the work before and after sewing.
Inspection, Labels and Packing
Finished products are checked for appearance, measurements, labels, packaging and quantity. Brand labels, hangtags and packing requirements are coordinated with the order before cartons are prepared.
How an Order Moves Through Production
The confirmed pre-production sample provides the production reference. These five stages follow the order from incoming fabric to packed goods.
- Check Incoming Materials
Inspect fabric and trims, including momme weight, shade differences, fabric skew and specifications, before they enter production. - Plan Markers and Cut
Prepare markers and cut the fabric for the approved pattern. In-process checks cover cutting accuracy before the pieces move to sewing. - Sew and Press
Sew the pieces, complete applicable hemming, piping, buttonholes or embroidery, then press and shape the product. Process checks cover stitches, detail placement and measurements. - Inspect Finished Products
Review appearance, measurements, labels, packaging and quantities. Final inspection follows the agreed AQL sampling conditions or customer requirements. - Pack and Prepare Dispatch
Check labels and packing requirements, count the goods and pack cartons. Prepare the packing list, invoice and other applicable export documents.
Checks at Three Production Stages
Four quality inspectors support incoming, in-process and final checks. In-process inspection reports are available; agree any additional reporting format and sampling requirements for your order.
- Incoming Checks — IQC
Fabric and trim checks cover momme weight, shade differences, fabric skew and material specifications. These checks take place when materials enter the factory. - In-Process Checks — IPQC
Check cutting accuracy, stitch length, seams, piping and pattern placement, semi-finished measurements and pressing during production. - Final Checks — FQC
Review appearance, measurements, labels, packing and quantity. AQL sampling conditions or customer inspection requirements are agreed for the project, rather than using one stated acceptance level for every order.

We support third-party factory audits and order inspections. Share your audit scope or inspection requirements in advance. Any requested certificates or reports must be checked for applicable holder, scope and validity.
