LuxoSilk develops lingerie from your reference garments, measurements and technical drawings, with production at our independently operated factory in China. Bras and briefs each have their own fit, material placement and edge finishes, even when they share colors and packaging.
Lingerie Styles and Custom Details
Coverage, proportions and lace placement can be customized for each piece. Stretch silk, lace and elastic each have their own role and specification.
Product and Coverage
Bras, briefs or coordinated sets, with coverage and construction developed for each design. Front and back views define the shape of each piece.
Bra and Brief Sizes
Bra and brief measurements follow separate size charts, with the bra sizing system specified and sizes paired for matching sets.
Material Placement
Custom placement of stretch silk, lace, elastic and any lining, with each material and skin-contact surface listed separately.
Stretch and Fit
Fabric stretch, recovery and elastic-edge tension work with the pattern. The sample shows how these details suit the intended movement and fit.
Lace and Edges
Lace panels or edge trims, with joins and binding to match the design. Both sides need the intended look and feel.
Separates or Sets
Bras and briefs can be ordered separately or paired as sets, with quantities by style, color and size and packing to match.

19 and 22 Momme Stretch Silk
Options include 19 and 22 momme stretch silk. Weight, stretch and recovery affect how it works with the pattern and trims; none alone determines garment fit or support.
- Fabric Composition
The main fabric combines silk and elastane. Lace, elastic and any lining have separate compositions; the silk percentage describes the main fabric, not the whole garment. - Stretch Direction
Stretch direction affects how the garment moves. Fitting uses the proposed fabric, as a similar-looking material may stretch differently. - Stretch Recovery
Recovery is how well fabric returns to its original dimensions after stretching. Ripples or lingering looseness need to be assessed against the intended fit. - Weight and Layers
Both 19 and 22 momme are available. At close-fitting edges, the combined thickness of silk, lace, lining and binding matters as much as the main fabric.
Bra and Brief Fit
Bra coverage and brief proportions can be customized independently, with separate measurements and trim settings. Samples in the intended materials establish each piece’s fit. Complete fit-sample approval and any required size-set review before finalizing the production assortment.

Custom bra measurements and coverage based on your sizing system, body references and design. Specific construction details are reviewed before sampling. - Brief Proportions
Custom waist position, hip coverage, rise and leg openings. Defined measurement points and fitting while sitting and standing establish the brief’s proportions. - Straps and Elastic Edges
Adjustable straps and elastic edges where specified, with custom measurements. Fitting considers pressure and movement together; tighter trims do not automatically improve the fit. - Size Pairing
Each set pairs a bra size with a brief size. Matching pieces can share colors and trims while keeping separate size charts.
Lace, Edges and Brand Details
Construction options include lace joining, elastic binding, overlocking and adjustable straps, matched to the selected materials and coverage. Inside, seams, lace edges and labels can feel different from the smooth outer silk.
- Lace Placement
Custom lace panel boundaries, motif direction and edge placement. The sample combines the selected silk and lace, including the agreed lace composition and stretch. - Elastic Binding
Elastic binding with custom placement and width. On the sample, the edges should lie as intended without digging in, flaring or distorting the garment. - Inner Surfaces
Any lining and brief gusset need a specified skin-contact material. Seams and edges are reviewed on the sample before you approve the construction. - Logo and Packaging
Custom logo and label placement, individual or set packing, and size identification. The packing arrangement shows the lace as intended.

Individual packs, matching sets or gifts, with a separate specification for each garment and packing details for the presentation.

Bras and briefs have separate quantities by size. Style references and labels identify matching pieces even in individual packs.

Lingerie Sewing and Quality Checks
We check cutting, stitching, lace joins, elastic edges and straps against the approved sample, followed by dimensions, appearance, labels, packing and quantities. Confirm market-specific testing requirements before production. Any material or trim substitution needs review before acceptance, as it can change the approved fit.
Silk Weight, Finish and Responsible Production
Fabric weight, stretch and recovery are separate properties of lingerie fabric.
19 or 22 Momme Stretch Silk
Lingerie options include 19 and 22 momme stretch silk, with weave and weight agreed before sampling. Momme measures weight, not stretch or recovery. A swatch shows drape and feel; heavier silk alone does not mean a better fit or finish.

6A describes silk grade. “Slip” needs a specific fabric reference for comparison. Weave, weight and finish shape the feel, so a swatch tells more than the label alone.

OEKO-TEX and Sustainability
LuxoSilk works to reduce cutting waste and sort offcuts by material. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers testing for harmful substances within the certificate’s scope. Certification for a project depends on the selected materials and valid documents.
