Silk Sleep Sets for Retail and Gifting
LuxoSilk makes silk sleep sets at our independently operated factory in China. A pillowcase, mask and scrunchie can form an accessory set; long- or short-sleeve pajamas pair with a mask. Coordinated colors, logos and packaging bring the pieces together, each with its own material and fit requirements.

Sizes by Item
Pillowcase dimensions, mask fit and scrunchie size, plus garment sizes for pajama sets. Each item has its own measurements.
Silk by Item
Commonly 19 or 22 momme silk, depending on the piece. Fillings, elastic and other non-silk parts have separate material specifications.
Matching or Contrasting Colors
Matching shades or deliberate contrasts across the pieces, based on shared color references.
Custom Logos
Logos positioned and scaled for each item, including the smallest accessory. The method depends on the fabric and design.
Gift Boxes and Labels
Gift boxes and labels customized for each combination, color and garment size. Pack quantities distinguish complete sets from individual items.
Accessory, Pajama and Travel Sets
A pillowcase with a mask and scrunchie, long- or short-sleeve pajamas with a mask, or a travel combination. Contents and quantities are customized for each order. Travel sets may use the same accessories in a different packing arrangement.

Sizes and Styles Within the Set
Each piece has its own sizing: pillowcase dimensions, mask and scrunchie fit, and pajama measurements. The box is designed around the folded products once the contents and size breakdown are set.
- Pillowcase Dimensions
Custom dimensions and openings to fit the intended pillow, including a specified pillow size for travel versions. - Mask and Scrunchie Fit
Mask shapes and straps, with scrunchies in the chosen dimensions. Each piece’s fit and elastic behavior remain part of sample approval. - Pajama Styles and Sizes
Top and bottom styles with their own measurements, quantities by size and any specified mixed-size pairing. Packing follows the chosen outfit. - Travel Set Size
Travel sets sized for the required pieces and available space, with packaging to fit the folded combination.
Matching Colors and Custom Logos
We coordinate fabric batches and dyeing for matching sets, commonly in 19 or 22 momme silk. Fabric choice depends on the piece. Fabrics, trims and logos can affect the color match, so approval is based on assembled samples viewed together, not separate photographs.

Fabric weight and composition specified for each piece. Mask filling, garment trims and elastic cores are separate from the silk fabric. - Matching and Contrast Colors
A shared approved color reference for matching pieces, with contrasting colors identified separately, including piping and labels. - Combined Shade Review
Assembled samples show how shades compare across fabrics and constructions under consistent lighting. Acceptable variation is agreed; coordinated dyeing does not guarantee identical colors. - Logo Size and Location
Custom logo size and placement for each item. Embroidery or another agreed method is reviewed on the selected fabric, including the reverse and skin-contact surface.
Gift Boxes, Labels and Set Details
Branded gift boxes hold the chosen pieces, with labels for contents, sizes and care. Each combination, color and pajama size can have its own set name or code.

Folded pieces are arranged to keep the intended logo visible. The sample box must close without compressing the contents. - Labels and Care
Composition and care information for each item. Where instructions differ, the label identifies the piece they apply to. - Set Identification
Names or codes for each combination, color and garment size. The approved barcode and outer label match that version’s packing list. - Contents per Box
Each box has an agreed count of every item. The approved packed sample and written list guide assembly and presentation.

Sleep Set Assembly and Quality Checks
We check each product against its approved specification, then the complete set for items, sizes, colors, logos, labels and quantities. The approved packed sample shows how the pieces are arranged and presented in the finished order.
Silk Weight, Finish and Responsible Production
Matching pieces in a sleep set can use different silk fabrics.
Silk Weight by Set Component
Sleep sets commonly use 19 or 22 momme silk, depending on the pieces. Weave and weight are agreed for each item before sampling. Momme measures fabric weight; swatches show drape and feel. Higher momme alone does not mean a better fit or finish.

6A describes silk grade. “Slip” needs a specific fabric reference for comparison. Weave, weight and finish shape the feel, so a swatch tells more than the label alone.

LuxoSilk works to reduce cutting waste and sort offcuts by material. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 covers testing for harmful substances within the certificate’s scope. Certification for a project depends on the selected materials and valid documents.
